在磁场控制下,一个有效的分离方法已经开发了嘌呤生物碱的分离从茶树(l)O.Kuntzewith magnetic microspheres with sulfonic acid groups. Contact time, temperature, solid-liquid ratio and initial concentration of the extracts have various influence on the separation performance of related bioactive constituents. After the desorption with HCl aqueous solution, the magnetic microspheres could be recycled and reused several times without significant change. The application of this newmethod is expected in the preparation of similar bioactive natural products and functional constituents from various sources.
